This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, inquiry forms, newsletter signup, and messaging programs.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property or preferred-area details, messages, and communication preferences. We also keep a record of the consent wording, the choices you make, the form page, and the submission time. Our hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss possible real estate transactions, coordinate requested appointments, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, and operate and secure our services. We send marketing texts only when you separately choose that program, and email newsletters only when you subscribe. Submitting a property inquiry alone does not enroll you in marketing texts or an email newsletter.
Mobile information and messaging consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers that help us deliver our messaging program may process this information solely on our behalf to operate the service, subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
Service providers and required disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, CRM record storage, communications, and technical operations. They receive information needed to perform services for us, not permission to market to you independently. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell your personal information.
Your communication choices
SMS customer care, SMS marketing, and the email newsletter are separate choices. You may choose either text program, both, or neither. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance, or email team@epicventures10.com. A STOP request may stop all texts from the sending number. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to stop the email newsletter. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, keep consent and transaction records, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports, or other sensitive documents through our public forms.
Your privacy requests
Contact team@epicventures10.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about your communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Certain information may need to be retained for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
Cookies, other sites, and children
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website visits, page activity, and completed inquiries or subscriptions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser, and usage information. Our inquiry tracking events do not include your name, email, phone number, property address, or message. Essential technical services also process request information to serve pages and prevent abuse. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ policies. Our real estate services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
